The Land Portal
California FarmLink helps farmers and ranchers find land opportunities. By registering with us, landseekers and landholders can learn about each other and establish relationships that can result in good land tenure. Our Land Portal is a one-of-a-kind online community to help people seeking land. It is a bilingual English-and-Spanish tool that connects people, facilitates access to land, and provides a gateway for getting assistance with land leases and other agreements.

We understand the challenges in finding quality, affordable land. The Land Portal provides a way to connect people to help overcome this challenge. When you join, you may also be eligible to benefit from our individualized Agreement-Building Services. To protect your privacy, other members can contact you with a chat tool while keeping your email address private until you reply.

What to Expect
Landholders
Land Listings are created by landholders and reviewed by FarmLink staff, who may ask for additional information. The review process can require up to 3-5 work days to assess the listing and clarify details. Landholders are only able to access the Land Portal after the listing is approved.
Land Portal Enrollment Process
Apply
Tell us what services you would like to access and register by paying a nominal annual fee.
Create a Profile or Land Listing
After registering you will receive an email with a link for creating your profile or listing. If you don’t find the email, check your spam.
Get Approved
Landseekers who meet our criteria get immediate access. Land listings require a consultation (typically within 3-5 work days) before access is provided to landholders.
