Up to 75 acres of irrigated, certified organic crop land will be available for lease at Paicines Ranch. Two fields are currently available to lease—one 25 acres and the other 49 acres. Option to lease all acreage or one field only, with option to sublease. Additional acreage expected to be available in the coming year. Tenants are expected to maintain their own organic certification, and will be responsiblefor maintaining perimeter fences, access roads, and irrigation infrastructure.  

Offering a one-year lease agreement to start, with the intention of offering a renewable 5-year term if both parties are satisfied with the arrangement. The ranch is open to working out a creative crop rotation, allowing for cash crops while sustaining high levels of soil health in the process and achieving soil health principles on more of the ranch acreage, and is also open to working with a tenant who would want to include animal integration as part of a lease agreement.
